Our first Workshop with Corey is on 23 March at 9.30am. An amazing Teacher with so much Yogic knowledge to share in this 2 hour session. He has studied with the leading Teachers of our time including Paul and Suzy Grilley and Richard Miller. There will be a 15 minute tea and chat break mid morning.
We have 8 places in the Studio, and Online bookings are also welcome.
