I’ve never done yoga before, where to I begin? what should I attend?

We have lots of beginners who start with us at the studio. All of our classes are suitable for beginner students, and all of our teachers are experienced in offering modifications of different poses for new students, and more advance modifications or progressions for those with more experience.

The First Yoga classes are a really nice place to start.  Those classes run on a 4 week cycle, and break down the fundamental and core poses in our yoga practice. You can start anywhere in the cycle, so you don’t have to wait for week one. Because our Introductory Offer is for 28 days of unlimited yoga, you can get to each of the four different Basics Classes during your Introductory Offer which will give you a great base for your yoga practice. You can find a more information on the different class styles here.
