Vikki has been a student of yoga for over 30 years, graduateing as a Gita Yoga Teacher in 1999. Since then, she has gained further training in Meditation, Breathwork, Progressive Yoga Relaxation, Yoga Nidra & Yoga Wisdoms.
Vikki has taught in many settings which include the corporate sector, gyms, schools, community centres & private classes. Currently, Vikki is focused on teaching Mindfully Mobile Yoga for students who seek a gentle approach to life. Vikki loves guiding her students to know the practice of loving kindness for self & others.
