A beautiful way to start your day

Embrace the fresh new morning the yoga way. Its a special time, just after the sun has risen, the light is soft as the day awakens. A wonderful time to move and meditate. Wake your body up, feel the energy flowing with a gentle, but complete 40 minute practice. 40 minutes as nobody needs to be late for work.

You will stretch and bend and breath, feeling centred and clear headed and ready for breakfast, limbered and balanced for your best possible day.

Mickey will be your early morning Instructor. Expect a good stretch, in the light hearted company of Mickey who loves you to really enjoy your practice.
