Emma Adnams

Emma is an experienced and talented QiGong, Meditation and Mindfulness teacher. She aspires to help those of us who feel overworked, burnt out and time poor to disconnect from modern pressures and find balance within.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Teaching as well as her accreditations as QiGong, Meditation and Mindfulness Instructor, and her membership of Health & Fitness Australia.

Emma has taught school aged children for over 15 years. She love the energy and fun of working with kids – that ‘never grow up feeling’ Emma embraces and shares with those she guides in their qigong practice too! Emma’s passion for dance, pilates, hiking, travel and fun come through in everything she does, creating a great qigong experience for all.
