Catherine discovered yoga about 20 years ago, from the first stretch at the beginning of her first class she felt she had arrived home.  It didn’t take long for Catherine to decide that she wanted to become a teacher so she could share her love of yoga with others. She graduated as a Gita teacher in 2005. Since graduating Catherine has continued to increase her knowledge on yoga teaching studies, including yogic philosophy and esoteric studies, meditation, stretch therapy, human anatomy, restorative yoga and Yin Yoga. She also loved her role as mentor to yoga teacher trainees.

Her classes are gentle on the body and are designed to feed the soul through the creation of physical and emotional balance and harmony. Her classes are enriched with her knowledge, sprinkled with her wisdom, calm, nurturing nature.

Catherine shared her love of yoga with a diverse range of students. Her classes have included teaching in the corporate sector, at yoga centres and schools, a drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre, healthy ageing and secondary schools.
