When the founder of Gita Yoga, Margaret Segestmen was diagnosed with arthritis, she didn’t just deal with it, she did something about it. Seeking guidance from a higher teaching, Margaret pioneered a whole new approach to Yoga understanding and harnessing the essences and the elements of science, nature and life force that positively inspires our physical and mental wellness.
At The Yoga Creative, we continue this long and proud tradition of women championing the human condition through Gita Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Relaxation, Therapy, Art, Creativity and self-connectivity. Yoga does not only improve mental and physical fitness, it can also lay the foundation for self-love and ultimately lead to self-confidence and personal growth. Practicing yoga allows women to discover and recognize their inner capabilities by focusing on themselves from the inside out. This can help them to define their core values and discover what they really need to flourish, enabling them to eventually let go of the ideal image set by society.
