Explore and expand beyond the limits of a traditional yoga class in an extended workshop session.
We have the time to enjoy the expansion of pranayama (breath work) with meditation, followed by the deep tissue release of yin & shavasana (yogic sleep)
There may be a mini-class within the workshop or some stretch therapy when you join Corey on this yogic adventure. It’s a wonderful learning opportunity and a treat for your well-being.

Corey is trained to teach and share many modalities and has deep yogic knowledge to share. This is a 2-hour block with a 15-minute cuppa and chat break midway. There will be herbal teas provided in the Studio.

Start time is 9.30am, but the Studio will be open at 9.15am so you can settle in prior to the session commencing. On-liners are also invited to login early so we can all be settled for a smooth start.
