How Does Ayurveda Approach Health?

Every person has different needs. That’s why the medicines are chosen based on your body type, digestion and presenting condition.

In Ayurveda, every aspect is considered when prescribing to a client. Your body type will affect which medicines suit your constitution. How you digest will determine the form used. As an example, if you have weakened digestion, a liquid medicine is easier to absorb. This is combined with improving digestive function, reducing the likelihood of symptoms returning.
