Yin Yoga – Go slow and deep

Natasha is your Wednesday night Yin Teacher

This week she practises the “Dragon fly” with her boy Nook.

This simple shape works the meridian channels that run up the insides of our legs. During the winter months this particularly supports the health of our kidneys, and in the Spring our liver.  Sinking into deep shapes that stretch facia tissue, ligaments and tendons allows us to release stress and tension held in these tissues. We improve our ability to move well, sleep well and release mental tension.

We have 2 Yin classes each week. Wednesdays 6.15pm with Natasha & Sundays 5.00pm with Margie for an in the Studio experience with props including sandbags.
