
Guided Imagery helps us make a deep connection with our inner self.
The magic in Guided Imagery comes from accessing the creative right hemisphere in our brain, and our sub conscious, to help us make deep seated changes in our behaviour. Its symbolism and creativity has great healing potential by accessing our sub conscious and switching on our body’s own healing intention.
In the words of our Instructor Megan Jones. “In our Thursday afternoon Guided Imagery sessions, I’ll lead you into stillness and then guide you on a visual journey. We’ll traverse, fields, mountains and forests; swim near waterfalls and rest in a chapel. We all visualise differently. Some of us do it with sound, some with words and some with images. There will be a way to suit you.”
