We are delighted to offer Yin Yoga in our digital classes. Yin style yoga is primarily a deep slow stretching style that nourishes the connective tissues, it’s renowned for improving circulation to the joints and improving flexibility.
Stretches can be up to 3 minutes or longer.
In this style bolsters can be used to support one part of the body to allow another part to open more. Yin style is Mediative and provides a wonderful sense of ease and wellbeing.

The Yoga Creative Fitzroy is located above PG Printmaker Gallery 227 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy.
Entry is from the rear accessed from Fisher’s Lane off Bell Street. Tram 112 runs down Brunswick Street regularly on the St Kilda to West Preston Line (via Collins St, CBD). Disembark at Stop 15 for The Yoga Creative Fitzroy.
