May Full Moon

You may already be feeling the ZING of this Full Moon !

The Full Moon in May peaks Thursday 7th May @ 8.45pm AEST The Sun in Taurus (earth) & moon in Scorpio (water) .. 

These opposites signify how we view the two basic laws of life … Life & Death, creation & destruction .. When we face what life brings us with self awareness & humility, we are able to accept the necessary “deaths” to accommodate new life, rebirth & creativity. 

At this full moon.. The Festival of Wesak .. which celebrates the birth, death, rebirth & enlightenment of Buddha, we are blessed to have very powerful & potent spiritual energies flowing towards us ! 

The festival of BUDDHA asking us to find the middle road/path … It’s a time to pause & reconnect with the inherent Buddha nature within us all … You see Buddha was just like you & me … 

Only he recognised he had the Buddha nature, the seed of enlightenment – with our rushing from here to there, with our continued “doing, doing, doing” we have simply forgotten … 

The Buddha nature is simply the birthright of every sentient being ! Isn’t it time we reclaimed it ????  It’s time to let go of the heaviness, open to the darkness, let die what no longer serves you & allow these higher vibrational energies in, using the wisdom & the spiritual vision of Buddha as the guiding light for your rebirth, for your recreation ! 

It is a time to access our inner power & light … HOW ??? I hear you ask .. By refining & opening the body with movement to integrate & assimilate the energy. Make the time to retreat within, to the stillness of your inhale and exhale, where releasing happens,  use the breath to quieten the mind & connect with your inner light…

There, allow yourself to peel back the layers. Allow yourself to let it all go. You deserve to let it all go. “Be a LIGHT unto yourself, however how small & when you live according to it.. It will grow” Buddha 

BE AWARE, BE AWAKE, CREATE & LIVE FROM YOUR HEART 

for the heart is like a garden .. It can grow compassion or fear … Resentment or love. Plant the seeds of LOVE.. of LIGHT… of PEACE … And then ….. Watch the magic that flows !
