Catherine Sheppard

Catherine’s yoga journey began in the 90s . She found it to be so beneficial to her health and wellbeing on all levels that she simply wanted to share its benefits with others . She began her teacher training in 1999 and graduated from the Gita School of Yoga in 2001. Catherine has been teaching and practicing h yoga ever since. She has run numerous Retreats and Workshops, and loves it as much now as she did all those years ago. 

” I believe yoga is so much more than a good stretch for the body – and therefore I incorporate pranayama (breathwork), meditation, esoteric and Progressive Yoga Relaxation into my teaching .  Yoga is for everyone living in a body and encourages a deep connection with your true self and others.”
