Tone core muscles weakened by the strains of pregnancy. stretch out muscles tightened by poor posture created by big tummies. Discover calming techniques as well as stretches to relieve those over stretched muscles, and strengthen those under used.
Baby is calmed by the movement and massage, and engaged with the other little ones. Class loosely formatted to allow for ages and moods of attendees at each session. Bond with your baby and the delights of motherhood, while accepting that this comes with challenges.
