Joanna is an inter-disciplinary healthcare practitioner integrating traditional and eastern healing modalities with western medicine and modern therapies.
She has spent 15+ years exploring yoga, undertaking her first teaching qualification in 2012, since then enriching her somatic and health knowledge with a variety of training both internationally and locally. Her education in Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Anatomy, Yin, Meditation, Integrative Qi Gong and Herbal Medicine has given her the tools to understand and explore the physical, physiological and energetic realms of our mind-body-spirit system.
Joanna says “Regular moments of connection and self-awareness that a movement/ yoga/ meditation practice can provide brings clarity, stillness and silence among the noise, so crucial for our busy lives in remaining with truth and tenderness. I am there as a guide, holding space, to allow the client an experience; my approach is grounded, effective and intuitive”.
Holding professional qualifications in both counselling and health science, she aims to cultivate a safe and nourishing place for personal growth, vitality and well-being.
